  1. Support the development and delivery of club events and experiences, including flagship events such as the Player Awards ceremony, Burns Supper, and Legends evenings.
  2. Manage the stadium tour schedule, liaise with tour guides, and research new concepts to improve the range and accessibility of the offering.
  3. Support the production and operational delivery of events and tours from concept through to completion and post-event analysis.
  4. Manage the club mascots, including their matchday operations, rotas, and appearances at club events.
  5. Liaise with various club departments and teams to deliver events and experiences.

Requirements:

  1. Experience working in live events, preferably within a sporting organization.
  2. Degree in Event, Tourism, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
  3. Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail skills.
  4. A passion for developing successful and profitable events and experiences.
