About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IAM Business Analyst to join our team at CMC Markets. As a key member of our Information Security team, you will play a crucial role in documenting roles, permissions, and access for critical systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to develop and maintain IAM documentation, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
  • Support the Security team in implementing and running a best practice IAM function, driving continual improvements in support of Security, Audit, and Risk management.
  • Work closely with the IT Compliance Manager to facilitate meeting audit and compliance requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Identity and Access Management.
  • Knowledge of Information Security industry standards, including ISO27001 and BAIT.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to problem-solve and apply a pragmatic approach when dealing with security issues.
