Key Responsibilities- Grow sales with newly established customers and identify opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Work closely with the office-based sales team to fulfill customer sales and enquiries, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Accurately record all customer data on our internal CRM system, providing valuable insights for business development.
- Monitor and feedback on competitor activity, staying ahead of the market and adapting our sales strategies accordingly.
- Plan routes for the most advantageous area coverage, ensuring maximum sales potential.
- At least 2 years' experience in field sales, preferably in the plumbing, heating, or associated sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and numerical skills, with proficiency in analysing sales and customer data.
- Strong team player with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Full UK driving licence required.
- Attractive salary from £45k depending on experience, plus bonus.
