Disability Support Worker Lead

We are seeking a Disability Support Worker Lead to join our team in the London Borough of Enfield.
About the Position
This role requires a qualified social worker to lead a team providing support services to disabled children and their families. The ideal candidate will have experience working within local government guidelines and be able to utilize available resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- To lead a team of support workers in providing assessment, care management, and support services to disabled children and their families.
- To work collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement effective interventions and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- To contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the centre's mission and values.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- A QSW status and relevant qualifications.
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Completion of an ASYE.
Working Conditions
This role involves working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate must be able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage their time efficiently.
Compensation Package
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
