Disability Support Manager

We are seeking a highly dedicated Inclusive Learning Specialist to lead our provision for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The ideal candidate will hold the National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) and be passionate about driving positive outcomes for students with additional needs.
Responsibilities- Lead annual reviews of EHCPs and ensure statutory requirements are met.
- Liaise with external agencies, including educational psychologists, speech and language therapists, and local authorities, to coordinate additional support.
The salary for this position is approximately £38,000 - £43,200 per annum, dependent on experience and location.
