Male Support Associate

At Glenholme Healthcare Ltd, we are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to join our team as a Male Support Worker. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing companionship, personal care, and support to our service users. You will also have the opportunity to teach independent living skills, manage medication, and perform general household duties.
Key Responsibilities- Providing companionship and social support to individuals with learning disabilities
- Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks
- Taught independent living skills to enable service users to live independently
- Managing medication according to established protocols
- Performing general household duties such as ironing, cleaning, and tidying up
We are looking for a kind-hearted and patient individual who is willing to provide high-quality care and support. No experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you develop your skills and confidence.

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £23,400-£24,300 based on 37.5 hours per week.
