About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Clerk to join our team at DHL eCommerce UK Limited. As an Operations Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our depot, including facilitating inbound and outbound deliveries, handling driver and customer queries, and managing data inputting and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the movement of goods and materials within the depot
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including data inputting and administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with drivers and other teams to ensure seamless delivery and collection services
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance depot efficiency

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and data entry systems
  • Previous experience in a transportation or logistics role is desirable
