We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team at COOK Trading Ltd. As a key member of our Retail Operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our shop teams and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to our shop teams, including responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our retail operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including shop teams, HQ departments, and external partners.
- Assist with key retail projects, such as new shop openings and system implementations.
- Support the shop teams with Click and Collect and Local Delivery system setups, troubleshooting, and customer queries.
- Own the Retail Calendar and support the Retail team with events.
- Assist with stock management and product recalls.
- Perform day-to-day administration and queries.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in retail, preferably at a management level.
- Confidence in new situations and the ability to solve problems and keep smiling under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high standard of spoken and written English and good IT skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Highly organized with an eye for detail and the drive and passion to implement and improve current processes where needed.
- Able to build and develop good relationships.
- Willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
