We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Goldhawk Associates. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accounting and controlling systems, supporting internal and external audit, and providing assistance to Management Accountants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update accounting and controlling systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support internal and external audit processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide assistance to Management Accountants in financial planning and analysis.
- Maintain and update purchase ledger, sales ledger, and creditors and debtors accounts.
- Coordinate with Finance Assistant (Bank) regarding payment timing and preparation of payment runs.
- Conduct credit control procedures to ensure timely payment from customers.
- Process employee expenses and support commercial procurement processes.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as required by the Head of Finance.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in accounting procedures and financial operations.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Sage 200.
- Experience in managing financial operations and designing processes.
