Job Description

At Nala, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our apprenticeships and work-based learning initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and growing our apprenticeships and other workplace learning opportunities to meet employer and learner needs.

The primary purpose of this role is to:

Develop and implement strategies to increase employer engagement and business development

Ensure effective response to employer needs through various funding sources

Develop opportunities for the College to gain from relationships with employers

Promote apprenticeships through careers events and school visits

Key Responsibilities

Plan and design all aspects of the work-based curriculum

Manage resources effectively to ensure employer and qualification requirements are met

Oversee Centre Co-ordination for awarding organisations and Lead Internal Verifier/Quality Assurer activities

Ensure robust quality assurance procedures are in place

Support work placements for full-time learners

Develop new training and apprenticeship programmes to meet employer need and demand

Promote the use of technology and e-learning in training delivery, assessment, and review process
