We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Developer to join our R&D team at Sanderson.

This role will involve creating and managing data sets that are crucial for developing innovative features.

The ideal candidate will have strong coding skills, experience in machine learning, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement machine learning models to drive business growth.
  • Work with large datasets to train and deploy models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into our products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ML development.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in machine learning, including higher education.
  • Strong coding skills in Python or other relevant languages.
  • Experience with hands-on lab work and computer vision/graphic capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
