About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Residential Care Manager to lead our multi-occupancy children's home. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our young residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our children.
  • Drive the development of the home and our wider service, working closely with the Senior Management Team to achieve our strategic vision and operational goals.
  • Lead and support staff, continuously improving standards and practices to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Care (or equivalent).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in residential childcare and 2 years in a managerial role (Deputy Manager/Team Leader considered).
  • Skills: Excellent communication, decision-making under pressure, and a strong team player.
  • Requirements: UK driving license and access to a vehicle. Evidence of the right to work in the UK.
