Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Aspris Children's Services. As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our young people in their daily lives, providing emotional and practical care as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the Registered Manager and other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the home.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our young people, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring the needs of our young people are met.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential and Childcare.
  • Previous experience in a residential childcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
