Duty Manager

We're currently recruiting for a Duty Manager at our Premier Inn in London Kingston Upon Thames. As a Duty Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a winning partnership between our leadership and housekeeping teams to ensure a welcoming, safe, and brilliant hotel experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the hotel's day-to-day operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Lead and motivate the hotel team to achieve excellent results and maintain a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 32 hours a week over 4 days or 40 hours a week over 5 days, including weekends.
