About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Customer Service Representative - Patient Advocate to join our team at Inizio Engage. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in key accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing patient educational support material and product information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in key accounts, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Patient Educational Support: Provide patient educational support material and product information via hard copy or digital channels, ensuring that customers have the necessary information to make informed decisions.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Understand the NHS environment, keeping up to date with any changes and developments.
- Prioritize Tasks: Prioritize tasks to ensure optimal coverage of key health care professionals, meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Anticipate Barriers: Anticipate potential barriers and look for solutions, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service.
- Update CRM System: Update the company CRM system with accurate call details, ensuring that customer information is up to date and accurate.
- Compliance Training: Successfully complete all product and compliance training, including any updates.
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Collaborate with Regional Sales Representatives on territory, working together to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Plan and Implement Territory Calling Plans: Plan and implement effective territory calling plans, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service.
- Proactive and Innovative: Be proactive and innovative, sharing best practices and taking ownership of your learning and development in the role.
Essential Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience is preferred.
- Customer Service Experience: 2 years of work experience with the general public, customer service experience, with a proven track record.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with customers.
- Interpersonal and Teamwork Skills: Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and customers.
- Persistence and Self-Management: Persistence and disciplined self-management, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to Travel: Ability and willingness to travel to meetings and conferences, as required.
- Detail-Oriented and Problem-Solving: Detail-oriented and able to problem-solve, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- IT Proficient: IT proficient, with the ability to use technology to support customer service and business operations.
- Flexibility and Agility: Flexibility, agility, and the ability to demonstrate how you bring value to the team.
