We offer an estimated salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:
The Fixed-Term Client Advisor will join our Wholesale Corner at Selfridges London, working as part of a full-time team to drive sales and achieve individual results. Key responsibilities include:
• Strong knowledge of the collection and ability to provide insights on fabrics and products specificities
• Drives Sales, achieving individual results and contributing to the team ones
• Maximises sales opportunity leveraging cross-selling
• Supports BOH organisation and procedures implementation as well as replenishment/transfer activities
• Supports the maintenance of the store's visual merchandising standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience in sales roles;
• Experience in structured luxury fashion/retail companies is a plus;
• Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts;
• Passion for retail, client service, and the luxury fashion industry;
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
• Strong communication skills;
• Willingness to evolve in the organisation;
• Fluency & sophistication in English, another language is a plus;
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment;
