Client Advisor Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Advisor to join our team at Stone Island's Wholesale Corner in Selfridges London.

Key Aspects of the Role

This is a fixed-term full-time position responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales and achieving individual results as a Client Advisor.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provides expert advice on fabrics and products to support customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance: Drives sales growth by identifying opportunities and achieving individual targets.
  • Operational Support: Assists in implementing and maintaining business operations procedures and ensuring timely replenishment and transfer of stock.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in sales roles, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.
  • Luxury Sector Knowledge: Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and its products is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience, plus a competitive bonus structure and professional development opportunities.
