Job Title: Senior Construction Manager
In this role, you will oversee the management of planned maintenance projects. This includes supervising in-house construction professionals, appointing and managing external consultants, administering contracts, and ensuring project performance is met.
To succeed in this position, you must have a relevant degree or equivalent experience in building/construction/technical fields. You should be able to demonstrate your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
This opportunity offers a competitive salary ranging from £34,834 to £40,221 per annum, making it an attractive choice for those looking to advance their careers in construction management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multi-planned maintenance projects, including overseeing in-house construction teams and external consultants.
- Administer JCT contracts and NEC3 Short Contract for planned maintenance contracts.
- Performance manage construction works, monitoring KPIs and applying Low Performance Damages as required.
