Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor Commercial to join our Housing Asset Management team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial management of housing asset projects.

Your key responsibilities will include managing and motivating a team, ensuring accurate commercial reporting, budget management, and implementing commercial controls. You will also be responsible for conducting detailed cost analysis, providing recommendations, and managing commercial mechanisms and contractual requirements of all contracts.

What You'll Need
  • Knowledge of building regulations, EU procurement directive, methods of measurement, and associated legislation.
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar commercial qualification.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various commercial models, including experience with NHF schedule of rates and work valuation methods and principles.
  • Proficiency in using and negotiating various forms of contract.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a contributory pension scheme, generous annual leave entitlement, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
