Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Asset Appraisal team as an Asset Management Support Officer. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Asset Appraisal Manager and contributing to the success of our organisation.

  • Organising and maintaining files, records and databases related to asset management.
  • Maintaining the approved contractor list and coordinating with external consultants for valuations, surveys, and related tasks.
  • Managing ad-hoc requests and providing general administrative assistance to the team, including arranging site visits, and preparing relevant documentation.
  • Providing monthly and ad-hoc performance statistics and reporting to business stakeholders on a range of key performance targets.
  • Assisting in the planning and delivery of training workshops or events related to asset management.
  • Providing administrative support and undertaking ad-hoc projects under the direction of the Asset Appraisal Manager.
