Job Title: Digital Marketing Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Officer to join our team at KITRI. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving our e-commerce and performance marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute daily digital marketing operations across e-commerce, performance, and CRM to drive sales growth and increase conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with our Brand and Content Manager to secure high-quality content for our marketing channels, including packshots, e-commerce, and lookbook imagery, video, and campaign assets.
  • Align our digital strategy and calendar to ensure timely and successful collection launches and promotions.
  • Own the e-commerce promotional calendar and manage the end-to-end delivery of promotional activity to meet sales targets.
  • Oversee performance marketing channel activity, ensuring all channels meet ROI and CPA targets through continuous testing and optimisations.
  • Build and lead an innovative email strategy to increase customer base and promote loyalty.
  • Contribute to the development of our overall marketing budget and its management.
  • Lead and manage external digital agencies (performance marketing & web development).
  • Analyse and report on KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of management experience in e-commerce and marketing, preferably as a senior assistant for a fashion business ready to take the next step.
  • Extensive knowledge of Shopify and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to analyse data and convert insight into action.
  • Solid understanding of SEO and performance marketing.
  • Solid experience of email marketing platform - Klaviyo preferable.
  • Enthusiastic, can-do attitude and always striving for excellence in every aspect of your work.
  • Experience working in a small team but work well autonomously, and be a team player.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management and coordination with external agencies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proactive and take initiative.
  • Strong organisational skills to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and excellent written English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with productivity tools ∙ Basic graphic design skills and experience with photo editing software is a plus.
