Marketing Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to drive our e-commerce and performance marketing efforts forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily marketing operations, including e-commerce, performance, and CRM.

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional online experiences for our customers, meeting sales objectives, and driving growth for KITRI. You will work closely with our founder and operations director to align digital strategy and calendar, ensuring timely and successful collection launches and promotions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and executing daily digital operations across e-commerce, performance, and email marketing to drive sales growth and increase conversion rates.
  • Driving conversion by creating a smooth and exciting customer journey through best-in-class UX, UI, and navigation on our website.
  • Collaborating with our Brand and Content Manager to secure the right level of content for our marketing channels, including packshots, e-commerce, and lookbook imagery, video, and campaign assets.
  • Aligning digital strategy and calendar to ensure timely and successful collection launches and promotions.
  • Overseeing performance marketing channel activity, ensuring all channels meet ROI and CPA targets through continuous testing and optimisations.
  • Building and leading an innovative email strategy to increase customer base and promote loyalty.
  • Contributing to the development of our overall marketing budget and its management.
  • Leading and managing external digital agencies (performance marketing & web development).
  • Analysing and reporting on KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of management experience in e-commerce and marketing, preferably as a senior assistant for a fashion business ready to take the next step.
  • Extensive knowledge of Shopify and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to analyse data and convert insight into action.
  • Solid understanding of SEO and performance marketing.
  • Solid experience of email marketing platform - Klaviyo preferable.
  • Enthusiastic, can-do attitude and always striving for excellence in every aspect of your work.
  • Experience working in a small team but work well autonomously, and be a team player.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management and coordination with external agencies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proactive, and take initiative.
  • Strong organisational skills to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and excellent written English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with productivity tools. Basic graphic design skills and experience with photo editing software is a plus.
