We are working with a leading player in the manufacturing industry to find a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned digital marketer to take ownership of the company's digital marketing strategy and lead a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns to improve ROI and conversion rates
  • Design and implement social media marketing campaigns to engage with customers and build brand awareness
  • Create and optimize content-focused programmatic campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions
  • Develop and maintain campaign automation to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders on marketing performance and ROI
  • Lead and manage a team of digital marketers to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies
