Working closely with our founder and operations director, you will be responsible for executing our digital strategy and calendar to ensure timely and successful collection launches and promotions. You will also oversee performance marketing channel activity, ensuring all channels meet ROI and CPA targets through continuous testing and optimisations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute daily digital operations across e-commerce, performance, and email marketing to drive sales growth and increase conversion rate.
- Drive conversion by creating a smooth and exciting customer journey through best-in-class UX, UI, and navigation on our website.
- Collaborate closely with our Brand and Content Manager to secure the right level of content to be used across our marketing channels.
- Align our digital strategy and calendar to ensure timely and successful collection launches and promotions.
- Own the ecommerce promotional calendar and manage the end-to-end delivery of promotional activity to meet sales targets.
- Oversee performance marketing channel activity, ensuring all channels meet ROI and CPA targets through continuous testing and optimisations.
- Build and lead an innovative email strategy to increase customer base and promote loyalty.
- Contribute to the development of our overall marketing budget and its management.
- Lead and manage external digital agencies (performance marketing & web development).
- Analyse and report on KPIs.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of management experience in e-commerce and marketing, preferably as a senior assistant for a fashion business ready to take the next step.
- Extensive knowledge of Shopify and Google Analytics.
- Ability to analyse data and convert insight into action.
- Solid understanding of SEO and performance marketing.
- Solid experience of email marketing platform - Klaviyo preferable.
- Enthusiastic, can-do attitude and always striving for excellence in every aspect of your work.
- Experience working in a small team but work well autonomously, and be a team player.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management and coordination with external agencies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive and take initiative.
- Strong organisational skills to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and excellent written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with productivity tools. Basic graphic design skills and experience with photo editing software is a plus.
