Sales Office Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Office Manager to join our team at Commercial Recruitment. As a Sales Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives and driving revenue growth through effective account management and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of Sales Executives to achieve revenue targets and exceed expectations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to maximize revenue streams.
  • Develop and implement effective account management strategies to drive growth and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to support and implement marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with all SLAs and SOPs.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Proven track record of achievement in sales management and team leadership.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • Effective account management and sales skills.
  • Highly numerate and analytical.
  • Good level of geographical knowledge.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills.
Person Specification:
  • Team sales management experience is essential.
  • Good knowledge of marketing and sales principles.
  • Keen to self-develop and take on new challenges.
  • Highly sales driven and motivated.
