My client, located on the outskirts of Stamford are now recruiting for a **Business Support Administrator** For this role you will be responsible for providing administration support for the department Director and provide cover and general support for the Service Team Coordinator to ensure all the needs of the business are met. You will also provide additional support for the wider teams. as and when required.

**This admin role is a permanent full time role, Monday to Friday. Salary £25 - £30K DOE with additional non salaried benefits on top.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Keep records and follow up on aftermarket opportunities, proposals and sales orders, ensuring all logged appropriately.

Liaise with the Director, the sales team and customers, chasing information when needed.

Create invoicing requests and follow up on outstanding invoices.

Chase and log expenses, ensuring charged to the right projects.

Coordinate meetings and arrange travel and visits.

Set up new departmental employees with the appropriate kit and arrange any training required.

Liaise and shadow the Service Team coordinator, supporting and providing cover where required.

Provide Reception cover when required.

**Key Skills Required**

GCSE educated or equivalent.

Previous reception and office administration experience

Excellent MS Office Skills - Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and comfortable learning new systems and portals. Familiarity with Sage would be helpful.

Excellent communicator - verbal, written and face to face.

A friendly and welcoming person with a “can-do” positive attitude

Excellent team player, resourceful, well organised, highly dependable, efficient and detail orientated.

Ability to use initiative and make decisions autonomously but with attention to detail.

You will require your own transport for this role and short listing will start immediately.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
