**Business Administrator**

We have an exceptional opportunity for a driven, self-motivated Business Administrator to join our group of companies based in Stamford, Lincolnshire.

**Main Responsibilities for the successful Business Administrator**:

- Initiate, setup and run the systems required for the smooth day to day running of the company.
- Ensure project information is saved correctly on company server.
- Maintaining and developing existing and new customer relationships.
- Follow up sales enquiries and quotations.
- Ensure invoices are accurate and match the quotes provided to clients.
- Produce and maintain project progress reports.
- Work with the delivery team to order materials from merchants.
- Log project expenditure to projects and monitor against budgets.
- Process company timesheets.
- Manage staff appointments.
- Work with marketing team to plan and post on company social media.
- Monitor company advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and organise company vehicle services, MOTs and the likes.
- Provide support with general administration and client communication.

**Main requirements for the successful Business Administrator**:

- Great customer service skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and customers.
- Ability to work with the wider team and ensure all company deadlines are met on time.
- Experience in working in a high pressurised environment with ability to prioritise workload using own initiative.
- Independent, results focused, competitive drive with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent IT skills and systems knowledge. The individual should be competent and confident using both Microsoft word, and excel.
- Previous experience working in administration role within the building industry is desired, but not essential.
- Clean/full driving license.
