Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Maintain customer databases and update customer information as needed
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely order entry
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to fulfill customer orders
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Assist in generating sales reports and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications:

- Have a a positive, confident and warm friendly manner
- Proficiency in Sage, Word, Excel and other computerized systems/software
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Basic IT knowledge to troubleshoot minor technical issues
- Previous experience in sales administration or a related role is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Demonstrate a strong and mature work ethic
