Job Summary:

We are seeking a Computer Workstation Technician to join our team in Mumbai. As a key member of our Technology Department, you will provide exceptional customer service, resolve technical issues, and ensure seamless workstation support. About the Role:

Your responsibilities will include providing workstation support, OS installation, and peripheral management. You will also maintain viewing environments and image quality control, support Google Workspace (GMail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Meet), Zoom, Polycom, and other software, and log/report technical problems using a ticketing system.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Computer literacy and experience working with Linux/Windows/OSX
  • Passion for working in the VFX industry
  • A professional and friendly demeanor

Compensation and Benefits:
