Job Title: Therapy Support Specialist - Rehabilitation Team

Estimated Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum.

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Therapy Support Specialist to join our Rehabilitation Team. As a valued member of the team, you will work closely with Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists to deliver rehabilitation interventions to adults in the community.

Main Duties:

  1. Supporting healthcare professionals in providing and delivering rehabilitation interventions to adults in the community.
  2. Working in group settings, patients' homes, and with patients individually in our therapy gym.
  3. Lone working and a mature approach to organising your workload.

Requirements: Basic standard of education including qualification (GCSE or equivalent) in English and Maths. Experience of working with adults, including the elderly, and experience of working in a health or social care setting. Ability to manage your time under pressure, demonstrable skills in written and spoken English, reliable, patient, observant, and willing to learn.
