University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Therapy Support Professional to join our Oncology Assessment Unit team. As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the holistic care of patients by providing rehabilitation services, equipment provision, and referrals to other services.

Your primary responsibility will be to screen and assess patients' Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Dietetic, and Speech and Language Therapy needs, ensuring seamless patient care. You will also collect relevant data and outcome measures to inform service improvements and support ongoing rehabilitation needs of cancer patients across the hospital.

Requirements:

  • Experience in at least one AHP profession (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Dietetic, or Speech and Language Therapy)
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
