Job Summary

Pertemps SSDC DDT seeks an experienced Telesales Executive to join their team in a remote full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in targeted phone sales, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make 150-200 outbound sales calls daily using an automated dialler system.
  • Develop personalized sales offers tailored to customer needs.
  • Achieve a minimum of 3-6 sales per day, consistently meeting or exceeding team targets.
  • Maintain compliance with all processes and regulations.
Requirements
  • At least 12 months of experience in targeted phone sales within the last 3 years, preferably in a call centre or retail sales environment.
  • A quiet and dedicated home workspace.
  • Comfortable working remotely and self-motivated.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Estimated annual salary: £23,000 - £30,000 (OTE), based on industry standards and location. This is a permanent, full-time role with a condensed 4-day working week option available.
