Mackenzie Jones is seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager for our Home Furnishings Opportunity.

The ideal candidate will be a field sales manager with a 'hunter' mentality, who has excellent organisational and time management skills and is adept at managing many accounts and presenting to customers.

  • Generating new business by targeting new customers and developing relationships with existing customers.
  • Promoting and selling company's product range and services throughout the territory.
  • Visiting customers to actively promote new products and explain pricing and product models tailored to customer's needs.
  • Providing technical support to customers on the product range.
  • Providing training to customers on the direct impact selling points of all products.

A great candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 3 years' recent, relevant field experience of direct selling to trade customers.
  • Experience of B2B, multiple product / brand sales in tiles, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, window coverings.
  • Experience of dealing with a large number of customers (300+) generating revenue of minimum £500k per month.
  • Full, clean current driving licence.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated and target driven individual, eager to generate new business and sustain growth.
  • Highly customer focused with a proven ability to build and sustain effective long-term customer relationships.
  • Greater communication skills and ability to present to customers.
  • Ability to work autonomously and to travel throughout the territory.
