Job Overview
As a key member of the Planet Pharma team, you will play a crucial role in the launch of a new CAR-T therapy. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute onboarding plans that ensure operational excellence and seamless delivery of cell therapies across England.

Main Responsibilities

This role involves working closely with external stakeholders to drive high levels of engagement and provide a positive site experience. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing forecasting plans and collating site capacity to ensure accurate slot allocation and optimization at a national level.
  • Identifying potential gaps and developing initiatives to address capacity constraints as required.
  • Maintaining relationships with external stakeholders and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Proactively collecting site feedback, monitoring incidents, and identifying customer needs.
