Health, Safety and Environmental Lead

We are looking for an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Lead to join our team at Vistry Services in the Northern region. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Safety Health & Environmental professionals, providing specialist support to the organization and its employees through advice, guidance, and support so far as reasonably practicable.
This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive basic salary of £75,000 per annum, plus an annual bonus, company car or travel allowance, up to 33 days annual leave, private healthcare, enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption leave, a contributory pension scheme, life assurance, and share incentive schemes.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of safety, health, and environmental regulations, as well as good leadership skills, ability to present and chair meetings at senior level management, and excellent time management skills.
You will also need to be comfortable with reporting and recording incidents and accidents, monitoring and reviewing them on a regular basis, and ensuring all related documents have been uploaded to the incident file and the incident is closed out and signed off when complete.
