As a Divisional Safety, Health & Environment Manager within Vistry Services covering the Northern region, you will play a key role in maintaining oversight of ongoing compliance and performance levels, establishing frameworks and driving engagement with senior stakeholders. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, good communication, and the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Keep up to date with and understand legal responsibilities regarding Safety Health & Environmental.
  • Provide suitable and sufficient SHE information to the BU in the form of briefings, regular SHE meetings, workshops, training, inductions (as per company procedures), presentations etc.
  • Ensure all accidents and incidents are reported and entered into the database as per company procedure.
