Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our team at The London Clinic. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will provide exceptional patient service, manage administrative tasks, and maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a professional and patient-focused service to our referring consultants and their patients.
- Manage administrative tasks, including registration, bookings, and cashiering.
- Ensure accurate and timely collection of payment from clients.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and visitor information.
- Coordinate activities and provide information flow to relevant departments.
- Receptionist experience in a similar private hospital or healthcare environment.
- Strong PC skills and ability to learn new software.
- Ability to be flexible with changing workloads and work well within a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
