Senior Events and Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Events and Partnerships Manager to join our team at The Children's Trust. As a key member of our Public Fundraising Team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our events and partnerships strategy to drive income growth and maximize our impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive events and partnerships strategy to achieve income growth and maximize our impact.
- Lead the implementation and delivery of the strategy for the Events and Partnerships teams, working closely with the Head of Public Fundraising and the teams to develop and review strategies to maximize income from events and partnerships.
- Manage the partnership pipeline, building opportunities with new businesses to increase the range, value, and number of partnerships for The Children's Trust.
- Lead the Events team to review and overhaul our current events programme to maximize net income and ROI, while meeting the needs of our supporters and local community, and building connections and long-term relationships with our events supporters.
- Work across the Retail, Fundraising, and Communications directorate to maximize opportunities for contact mapping, cross-selling, and supporting the activity of other teams within the directorate.
- Be responsible for the implementation of budgets and delivery of income and expenditure against plans.
- Bring the Events and Partnerships teams together to ensure we are seizing opportunities to integrate the programmes, for instance through corporate sponsorships of events, employee volunteering or participation, donated goods for raffles and auctions, match funding, and more.
- Develop relationships with colleagues across the Public Fundraising Team, wider directorate, and organization to ensure opportunities for engagement, integration, and promotion of events and partnerships are maximized and publicized.
The Children's Trust is the UK's leading charity for children with acquired brain injury, providing expert rehabilitation, education, therapy, and care at our national specialist centre in Tadworth, and to children and their families across the UK, via our Brain Injury Community Service.
