Job Title: HR Administrator Onboarding

We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Administrator Onboarding to join our team at Talent Tent. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our onboarding process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee compliance checks, referencing, and screening for all new starters. You will also act as the go-to for compliance queries and issues, ensuring alignment with industry regulations.

About the Role:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring that all necessary documentation and checks are completed.
  • Work closely with recruitment and HR teams to identify and resolve process gaps.
  • Provide support and guidance to hiring managers during the onboarding phase.
  • Collaborate with external recruitment agencies to ensure that candidates are managed and supported through the onboarding process.
  • Produce regular reports to track progress, highlight risks, and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in HR or recruitment, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, referencing, and onboarding processes.
  • Familiarity with Workday and Sterling (or similar HRM and screening tools).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
