About the Job

The Boots Company PLC is seeking a highly skilled Quality Compliance Specialist to join their team in Nottingham. This exciting opportunity offers a dynamic working environment, where you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of licenced medicines and medical devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational technical support to the Quality Manager/Qualified Person to review batch paperwork and ensure timely release of imported medicinal products.
  • Implement and maintain quality management systems processes.
  • Review documentation and liaise between contract manufacturers and The Boots Company PLC to ensure annual product quality reviews are completed on time.
  • Manage batch documentation and retained product samples systems, as well as archived documents.
  • Liaise with regulatory affairs and medical services to provide quality documentation and maintain product licenses.
  • Work with contract laboratories to ensure analysis is completed on schedule.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working in a quality role with licenced medicines and/or medical devices. You should possess a scientific approach to problem-solving, good organisational capabilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, you will need to be able to manage your own workload and have product knowledge concerning quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
