About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Representative at Nationwide Building Society. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to customers through various channels, including face-to-face, phone, and digital platforms.
  • Assist customers with their financial needs, including transactions, product applications, and account management.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide informed advice and guidance to customers.
