About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workforce Administrator to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a Workforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our services, ensuring that our workforce management processes are efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with head office and payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing of employment changes and payroll queries.
  • Support the corporate recruitment team with administrative tasks, including creating and updating HR paper files.
  • Monitor workforce compliance and ensure that all necessary documentation is up to date.
  • Process leavers, changes, maternity, and paternity leave, as well as variations to contracts.
  • Administer the Unit4 employee system and Honeydew absence management system.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including administration of induction and new starter processes.

Requirements:

  • Secretarial and/or administration experience.
  • 4 GCSEs at grade C or above (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent.
  • Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Awareness and knowledge of confidentiality and security protocols.
