About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized IT and Data Quality Manager to join our team at Old Swan Health Centre Group Practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of our clinical and non-clinical data, as well as providing technical support and maintaining our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of data quality initiatives to improve the accuracy and reliability of our data
  • Provide technical support and training to staff on the use of our IT systems, including EMIS Web and MS systems
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of our clinical system and other software suppliers
  • Establish protocols to ensure the accurate input of data and enable access of information as necessary
  • Build searches and extract data for service improvement, internal and external reporting
  • Maximize internal systems to ensure robust delivery of services
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and develop action plans to address any non-compliance

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience of working in General Practice
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
