Job Title: Account Executive

At Inspired Thinking Group (ITG), we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our Photography, ATL & Regional Advertising, and CRM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the production process for all ATL, including radio, press, magazine, OOH, press inserts, Regional, and CRM activity.
  • Work closely with the internal creative team to ensure all deadlines are met and outputs are delivered within budget, on time, and on brand.
  • Manage the critical path end-to-end to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Support the management of the photography shoot calendar maintenance.
  • React to tactical trade briefs and ensure a quick turnaround while maintaining good attention to detail.
  • Brief in copy requirements and ensure a consistent TOV is used.
  • Work closely with the creative team to deliver on-brand assets.
  • Build relationships with B&M teams to understand product stories to be featured within marketing activity.
  • Liaise with B&M teams on their product nominations for activity, ensuring a clear brief is issued.
  • Build relationships with legal & third-party suppliers to understand their requirements.
  • Share creative with key marketing stakeholders to ensure campaign consistency.
  • Support the creation of the photography shoot count matrix and schedules.
  • Liaise with 3rd-party photography suppliers to ensure they are fully briefed on requirements and key dates.
  • Maintain the photography invoice tracker and raise POs.
  • Support the creation, management, and maintenance of production process documents.
  • Check off shoot packs/briefs/AD for all still life fashion and Home.
  • Attend product review meetings.
  • Support the AD team when required.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding and experience in a creative role within Retail Marketing, working across all channels.
  • Experience working within a busy, pressurised retail marketing environment.
  • An excellent service-minded approach with proven customer management skills.
  • Second-to-none project management & organisational skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly numerate and commercially aware.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Adobe software solutions.
