About the Role

We are seeking a talented Finance Business Partner to join our Commercial Finance team at Redde Northgate plc. As a key member of our team, you will provide financial advice and analytical decision support to our Managing Director and their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy tactical and strategic models and reporting to optimize value creation through revenue growth and operational cost management.
  • Manage the pricing process for existing and new business, develop models to understand account profitability, and produce monthly cash flow forecasts.
  • Identify opportunities to drive financial performance through continuous improvement and support strategic executive initiatives with comprehensive analysis and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant with solid business partnering experience and the ability to offer value adding insight to executive level stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of the key drivers of our business and how they interact.
  • Experience of establishing professional and positive relationships with a range of stakeholders of varying seniority, with an ability to influence stakeholders towards positive outcomes.
