Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team at Reed. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue for our clients in the Construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and maximize profit margins.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to both existing and potential new customers, ensuring prompt and efficient responses to their inquiries and needs.
  • Business Intelligence: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and optimize product pricing.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with external executives and internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess a professional manner and outstanding communication skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office, and a strong understanding of the Construction industry and products.
