About the Role:

Rubix, the largest supplier of industrial maintenance & distribution network in Europe, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to manage and grow a high potential customer portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls to drive sales growth within a designated patch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
