This is an ideal role for someone looking to take their first steps in a sales environment, with opportunities for progression into sales or transport for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport checks and updates
  • Informing customers of deliveries and providing excellent customer service
  • Inputting customer purchase orders and managing data
  • Generating new tenders and business opportunities
  • Introduction Letters and marketing materials
  • Reporting and management information
  • Black Books and market research
  • Arranging supplier and customer meetings for sales representatives

The successful candidate will have:

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Previous outbound call experience in a call centre or sales environment (not essential)
  • Full training will be provided, including on-the-job training and coaching
