Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at The Smartlist. As a Field Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting our safety solutions to high street businesses in the Midlands region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales and revenue.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with our product team to stay up-to-date on new products and services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a business-to-business environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
What We Offer:
- Competitive basic salary of £24,000.
- Uncapped commission structure.
- Use of company car during working hours.
