Job Title: Business Systems Administrator

At Ivolve Group, we are seeking an experienced Business Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the configuration, testing, and deployment of business applications based on user requirements and specifications. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth functioning of our existing applications, providing technical support and training to our helpdesk team, and maintaining up-to-date documentation for application usage and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, test, and deploy business applications based on user requirements and specifications.
  • Maintain and update existing applications to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Provide technical support and training to our helpdesk team.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Ensure seamless integration of business applications with other systems and platforms within the organisation.
  • Liaise with software vendors to resolve issues that cannot be handled internally.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining business applications.
  • Understanding of information security principles and data protection regulations applicable to systems management.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
